Delivery and tracking

Review any available delivery estimate at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date; a requested delivery date is not guaranteed. When tracking information is available, use the carrier link in your shipping notification. Carrier updates may take time to appear.

Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly about corrections, delayed packages, or delivery issues. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Retain the packaging if your parcel arrives damaged.
