30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging.

How to request a return

Email wholesale@coastaloutfittersco.com with your order number, item, and reason for returning it. Include photographs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Contact us before shipping merchandise back; do not send returns to our business address without instructions.

Return shipping

For returns due to preference, fit, or a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived defective, we cover the return shipping; contact us first to arrange the return.

Refunds and exchanges

We inspect returned items against the conditions above and contact you about the outcome. Approved merchandise refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for preference or fit returns. For defective or incorrect orders, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy, including applicable shipping costs.

Your payment provider may require additional time to post an approved refund. Exchanges depend on stock availability; contact us to discuss a different size, color, or item. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
