Accessibility support

We want customers to be able to browse products, access information, and shop at Coastal Outfitters. We continue to review usability and address accessibility issues that are brought to our attention.

Report a barrier

If you have difficulty using a page or completing a shopping task, contact us. Describe the page or product, the task you were trying to complete, and, if you are comfortable sharing them, the browser or assistive technology involved. Please do not include passwords or payment card details.

We can help provide product information and discuss available assistance with your shopping inquiry. If a third-party service presents a barrier, let us know so we can review available alternatives.
